Pearly Chen is a VP at HTC with a unique operator-investor role at the forefront of immersive technologies. She has held several leadership positions for HTC’s early-stage venture investment program, VR content platform, and other strategic and operational roles as Chief of Staff to Chairwoman/CEO. She led the launch of HTC’s VR for Impact and serves on the WEF’s Global Future Council and AIXR’s Advisory Council. A dynamic, high-energy, multilingual global citizen and mother of 3 girls, Pearly now lives in Florida with her family.
