Mohandas Pai is a Padma Shri Awardee and former CFO and Board Member at Infosys. He is also the co-founder of Akshaya Patra, the world’s largest midday meal program, and works actively with government and regulators on policy recommendations and guidelines. Mohan has served on the Board of SEBI and was a Board Member of the National Stock Exchange in India. He has emerged as one of India’s most prolific technology investors. He has helped start over 14 different funds in venture, growth, and public markets. He also leads a private equity fund – Aarin Capital – along with Manipal Group Chairman Ranjan Pai which invests in life sciences, technology, and education companies. A selection of the companies include Byju’s, Counsyl, ZoomCar, Praxify, YourStory, and Licious.

Rema Subramanian is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Partner at Ankur Capital. She serves as Board Member at BigHaat. Prior to Ankur, Rema has three decades of experience in building and scaling operations across various sectors like financial services, education, IT, packaging, etc. in India. She has headed several companies across various sectors growing many from scratch to large-scale businesses. She has deep domain experience in the education and outsourcing sectors. She brings the unique capabilities of having been an entrepreneur and worked across sectors. She is a management accountant from AICWA, Inter-Company Secretary, and systems management from ICFAI.

At Sequoia India, Shailesh primarily focuses on consumer technology, web3, fintech, and SaaS companies.
Currently, Shailesh Lakhani occupies the position of Managing Director at Peak XV Partners, he is also on the board of 17 other companies. In the past, he was Managing Director at Redknee (India) Technologies Pvt Ltd. Mr. Lakhani received an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree from The University of Waterloo.

Her operating experience spans large corporates, M&A, and startups/early-stage companies. Co-Founder and president of Indian Angel Network (IAN), India’s first & now possibly one of the world’s largest group of business angels, comprising the who’s who of successful entrepreneurs and dynamic CEOs from India and overseas. She built IAN from inception, making it within a decade, a unique institution globally, with close to 500 investors from 12 countries and a portfolio of 135+ companies in 7 countries, spanning 17 sectors, with operations across 6 cities & London. The IAN model is a full-service model for investors – from the pipeline of investment opportunities to divestment. She is the Founding Partner of the IAN Fund, a uniquely differentiated Rs. 450 crores (~$70mn) Fund which along with IAN, is set to create the largest horizontal platform in India for investing in seed and early-stage ventures.

Padmaja is a Co-Chair of the Global Business Angel Network (GBAN). She also operationalized TiE Delhi has been ranked as the Number One chapter globally for the last 4 consecutive years. She played a key role as Executive Director in building the Indian Venture Capital Association, India’s oldest and largest association of VC and PE firms. In addition, she helped the creation of the Lankan Angel Network in Sri Lanka. She is actively engaged with the Indian Govt.
