Our recent CEO Roundtable dinner proved very valuable. It was held at The Capital Grille in Boston, in the Newbury Room. This event powerfully demonstrated our commitment to actively listening to our portfolio companies and refining our support, especially since the idea of the CEO Roundtable came directly from our annual NPS survey.
Nine of our portfolio companies CEOs attended, some travelling from California, Colorado and other states. Operating under Chatham House Rules, the environment fostered frank and open conversations, allowing participants to share their deepest challenges and most exciting opportunities. This enabled deeper dives into specific issues beyond high-level overviews and cultivated authentic peer-to-peer learning. These amazing CEOs genuinely connected, brainstormed solutions, and shared best practices for navigating complex business & geopolitics landscapes in a fast-evolving global context. Such an intimate group also facilitated tailored advice and support directly applicable to each CEO’s unique situation, leading to stronger relationships and trust across our portfolio, and ultimately, ensuring a highly efficient use of their time through relevant, high-value discussions.
